Ordering products online, particularly niche items like guttering products, can sometimes seem daunting. We aim to ensure your delivery is seamless, swift, and stress-free. Delivery Dates and Delivery Times
We strive to deliver any stocked item within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. Some product ranges may, however, take 5-10 working days to deliver, depending on the size or colour of the order.
Please ask our sales office on 0330 912 2288 for a more precise lead time if required. If we can't deliver your order within the requested time scale, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise of any delays.

We regret that any timed deliveries cannot be given. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am & 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Delivery Note
We kindly ask that all materials be checked and signed upon delivery to the site. For enhanced traceability and to efficiently address potential delivery discrepancies, please ensure the signature is accompanied by a clearly printed name.
Delivery Vehicle, Handling and Offloading Goods
Some of our orders are delivered by large vehicles due to the order being palletised. As the customer, you will need either forklift access or labour to offload the pre-packed orders manually.
Please be aware that some of our materials may be heavy or awkward to handle. We would advise that two people offload where necessary. Smaller orders will be delivered by box or data bag. Gutters Online will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by offloading.
Deliveries Outside The UK Mainland
We regret to inform you that Gutters Online cannot provide direct deliveries to locations beyond the UK mainland under our standard service. However, we would be delighted to arrange delivery to your preferred shipping agent if you need delivery to islands or remote areas.
Please fill in the required delivery address as the port/dock address when ordering. Alternatively, choose the collection option to send your own courier service to collect from our warehouse facility. We also require the final destination address to arrange shipping of this type.

Returns
If you have an issue with your order or delivery, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 0330 912 2288 or emailing sales@guttersonline.co.uk and quoting your order number.
Bespoke and non-stock items are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or faulty. Aluminium products are made to order and will only be refunded if faulty.
Please report any issues with your order on receipt and return your product(s) within 14 days.
Restocking fees
All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee from the supplier and must be returned in a saleable condition.
Returns cannot be processed without a valid return form. Complete our return form in your browser or PDF view or print and complete it by hand.
